In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, severe illness, or technical issues, we may need to reschedule or discuss alternative arrangements. We will communicate any changes promptly and work with you to provide suitable solutions or reschedule where possible. Cancellation terms will be agreed in advance for each booking.
3. Client Responsibilities
Ensure a safe environment for our staff, equipment, and any third parties attending the event.Obtain any permits, permissions, or insurance required for your event.Accept responsibility for any damage caused to our equipment or property by your guests or attendees.
4. Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your event. Our maximum liability is limited to issues directly caused by our negligence.You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your event, except those caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, creative materials, branding, and media produced by us remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without our written consent.
6. Media & Privacy
We may take photographs or videos of events for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing. All personal information collected through our website or during events is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the courts in the United Kingdom.
